How do you ship your orders ?

We currently ship the majority of orders via Royal Mail. If you are within the UK we will ship with Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service. If you are an international customer we will ship with Royal Mail International tracked or signed for service (depending on country).

How are your orders packaged ?

All parcels are sent with the items you ordered, any samples we may choose to include and nothing else. No paper invoice in included with your order and it is sent in a plain parcel.

What countries do you ship to ?

We ship to most countries! If when placing an order your country is not on our list please do not hesitate to get in contact and we will do our best to ship an order to you.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders same or next working day once payment has been received. Depending on your location delivery times can vary. Domestic orders take 1-3 days. European orders 5-7 days and the rest of the world 7-10 days. These are guidance and delivery times may vary.

What payment methods do you accept ?

Bank Transfer: For domestic transfers via BACS and via our Transferwise account for international payments in USD and EURO.

Cash in the post: We can accept cash payments, these are sent at your own risk. We ask that you send payment in GBP.

Credit/debit card: We intend to offer this facility shortly.
